Can't recommend highly enough for a city holiday

Comfortable bed, convenient location, with the nearby Hyogo station just 4-5 minutes away making it easy to explore the city, and the staff was nice while the room included essential amenities like coffee and green tea.

The stay included a wonderfully spacious and clean Twin Room, with modern comforts that truly enhanced the experience. Within just a short 16-minute journey, we enjoyed local attractions like the stunning Suma Seaside Park and the new aquarium. Although the coffee and tea were a lovely touch, there was a bit of noise from nearby streets during the night. Parking options could also be better explained for guests unfamiliar with the area.

It was just an appropriate option for a weekend getaway in Kobe with very good value for money. The room had a nice view, though there was a slight smell of cigarettes. Avoid the 7th floor if you’re sensitive to smoke.

The food in Kobe was a feast for my senses! I dive into barbecued delights, with local izakayas serving up mouthwatering dishes, especially at Kanetake and Gyukaku! My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable—just perfect after a day of culinary adventures.

The lobby could use a makeover, but who cares when the vibe inside is so vibrant? Just a small blip on my otherwise fantastic stay.

family with an extra bed at no additional cost. The location was ideal, close to JR Hyogo Station, but the breakfast options were a bit limited. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with convenient amenities nearby.

The room was spacious, super clean, and really comfy. I loved the big TV where I could connect my streaming services. The bed was cozy, and the mountain view added a nice touch. Plus, I had my own bath and the air conditioner worked perfectly. No issues with wifi, which is always a plus!

I really enjoyed my time, but some improvements could enhance the overall experience.
